To notify about claim, you can visit any NCB branch near of you or contact Customer Care on 920011282, then we can start study the claim once all the required documents have been completed.
Required Claim Documents:
Please make sure to submit all claim related documents either in Arabic or English. If any document is in other language, it should be translated by an official public translator before submission to ATC for claim purpose.
- - Takaful claim form to be completed
- - Original Death Certificate
- - Detailed medical report, death notification
- - ID copy/ passport copy of beneficiaries / Nominee.
- - Original Succession certificate
- - Original Power of attorney certificate
- - Police/ traffic police report if applicable
- - Other information supporting the claim.
- - Original contract.
Please submit all required documents to your nearest NCB branch. Please be informed that in accordance with policy terms and conditions, ATC reserves the right to ask for any additional claim document/ requirement to ascertain it’s claim decision.
